A whole class of songs I can't stand is "I'm crazy for girls like you."
Sinatra did not woo his dames with lines about "girls like you".
When Frank declares that the Lady is a Tramp, he leaves no doubt that he is singing about the one— the only!— Lady.

"Luck Be a Bay Leaf" is a song about a sous chef who hopes that he will win a bet, the outcome of which will decide whether or not he is able to prepare his signature dish with the garnish of his dreams.
