Hitler's speech to the Reichstag to-day, if correctly summarised by wireless is about as impudent a concoction as ever issued from a human mouth. Fresh from his triumph at Warsaw where he conyemplated [sic] the horrible destruction of life, property and ancient architecture he announces that he and Stalin have brought PEACE to Eastern Europe. But I needn't go into details of all this. His peace offers are vague, and he might have saved his breath because no living man will ever trust his word or his signature again.
