Men who cultivate their anger like a garden

I know men* — I could name names — who cultivate their anger like a garden.
It's not enough for these men to be right.
They must have their revenge.
They yearn to confront — and commit violence against — the object of their hatred (typically a political figure, sometimes an abstract concept such as "taxation" or "gun control").
You shall know them by the gleam in their eyes, by the grin on their face, as they wax rhapsodical about the pain they yearn to inflict on others.
(*It's always the male of the species. Often a Libertarian.)
