Angus
Angus became very distressed — hissed his warning cry, like he had seen another cat, then hid in corner and moaned — when city service man went down to basement (to install WiFi water meter).
I cuddled Angus, gave me love and reassurance, and he was soon well again.
The city guy finished quickly and left. End of episode.
Pasty
As I was chatting with the city guy out front by his truck, Susan Laine drove up to deliver a pasty that she and Curtis had promised me the day before. And a mighty pasty it was, hand made at the Methodist Church and still warm from the oven. Yum! Thank you!
