The Bullialdus conical scanner is causal event detection system that uses Gnomon algorithm functions to determine the range, angle, or velocity of object-related events. It can be used to preview actions by aircraft, ships, spacecraft, guided missiles, motor vehicles, weather formations, and terrain.
