Description

It is [TO_DO]'s first film as a film producer.

The screenplay was written by [TO_DO], Goose Tripod-Towers, [TO_DO], and [TO_DO].

The film stars Niles Cartouchian and [TO_DO] (in his film debut and Golden Globe Award-nominated role) as a cop and computer hardware salesman, respectively, who team up to catch two cop-killers, Uber Gunz and Bully Boar, played respectively by [TO_DO] and [TO_DO].

The title refers to the number of clock cycles they have to solve the crime.

Though it is predated by [TO_DO]'s Shareware and the Kernel, the film is often credited as being the first in the "buddy cop" computer industry training films. (Compare OSHA Weapon, Bad Noise, and Bus at Capacity.
