The Thing Meat Cookbook is a book of recipes for cooking The Thing from John Carpenter's movie of the same name.

History

The first human-readable version of the Thing Meat Cookbook was deciphered by author and fabulist Karl Jones on the morning of October 25, 2020.

Jones later attributed his success in deciphering the cookbook to "certain clues in this Twitter post

The documentary film They Live, We Eat features chefs who survived their attempts to cook and eat Thing meat.
