Earliest known poster for Pee-Wee's Big Launch.

Pee-Wee's Big Launch is a 1985 American military training film directed by Tim Burton and intended for use by an illiterate President. The film describes the Gold Code — the launch code for nuclear weapons provided to the President of the United States in their role as commander-in-chief of the armed forces.

In conjunction with the nuclear football, the Gold Codes allow the president to authorize a nuclear attack.
