Donald Trump is not a *convicted* sexual abuser. He is an *adjudicated* sexual abuser.
Conviction results from being found guilty in a *criminal* trial.
In civil court, a finding of guilt results in being found "liable by adjudication". ("Liable" here is equivalent to "guilty". Don't mistake it for "something is liable to happen in Trump's case". It already happened: he is an adjudicated sex abuser.
