Paul Rand is a self-enriching profiteer who chose a career in ophthalmology in order to maximize his income, and did well for himself.
He did well by falsifying his accreditation— as if rules don't apply to him, as if he can never earn enough, as if the *purity* of his desire for wealth puts him above society.
