When two meditate together it is good, for if one should attach to the world, the other will remain undistracted, setting a Buddha-like example.

When one mediates alone, that too is good, of course. There is no "Woe unto he who travels alone" parallel here.

In conclusion: Buddha-like examples make everything better.
