Math lab

Math lab (or mathematics laboratory) is a popular term for any place and time where mathematics (nonfiction) is used to plan, commit, or conceal crimes against mathematical constants.

Math viruses are usually discovered in math labs. The Watergate Scandal virus is a well-known example.
