I never want to hear the word Lowly

Context: "I never want to hear the word 'lowly' applied to a major league baseball team again."

I never want to hear the word "lowly" outside of quoting Charles Dickens, if Dickens used "lowly".

If not Dickens, then Shakespeare. Certainly Shakespeare used "lowly" and meant it.
