Alberta sulfur pyramids (nonfiction)

The Alberta sulfur pyramids are a group of three large pyramidal structure composed primarily of sulfur located in Alberta, Canada.

The sulfur is produced as a byproduct of petroleum extraction and processing by Canadian oil company Syncrude.
