Fugitive Rubies is a supervillain made of two pieces of ruby.

It is notorious for gem theft. Many of the world's greatest gem detectives have tracked and attempted to capture Fugitive Rubies, including Niles Cartouchian and Egon Rhodomunde.

Fugitive Rubies is widely believed to be a mastermind of innumerable crimes against mathematical constants.

Fugitive Rubies has a black hat, red tie and dark blue trousers, all of which are made from ruby. He wears a blue and white striped shirt and black pants. He has a ruby in his right cheek.

Personality

Fugitive Rubies is a mad scientist with an obsession with Rubies. His most notable trait is that he can duplicate himself, as seen in the episode The Mad Hatter's Revenge. He has a tendency to say inappropriate things, such as "Rubies, I am here" and "I shall come to you!"
