Warm day. Studying Botany. Rebs throw a few shells at our balloon above Falmouth this morning causing it to seek the earth in "double-quick" time.

The owner of the shelter came and we had to leave in the evening. We tried to find some potatoes but failed. We started to go toward Komesu, but it was dark so we slept in a house at Makabe.
