History
UN-19 emerged from a saving throw cast by APTO civilian volunteer Karl Jones using a bespoke Gnomon algorithm lair.

According to an unpublished report by APTO civilian volunteer Karl Jones (nonfiction)Karl Jones, Unlucky Number 19 is "almost certainly sponsored, secretly, by Extract of Radium in collusion with House of Malvecchio gambling sharks.
