I stand by logical argument.

We built Arecibo. With enough money, we could fix it. We won't, because the cost exceeds the will. But we could.

We cleaned up after 9-11 without loss of life.

With enough billions of dollars we can fix anything Man has ever built, except perhaps major nuclear meltdowns.
