Monumental Barkitecture is a canine modern dance company famed for their imitations of monuments, ziggurats, and other large-scale sculptural works.
History
The founding members of the self-governing pack, who have been dead for many dog-years and went directly to doggie heaven, were good doggies from New Minneapolis, Canada.
It is widely believed [citation needed] that the original pack arrived in New Minneapolis after escaping from a canine military intelligence program, and went into show business as a cover story.
The founding members then recruited rescue puppies from shelters and raised them using dog training techniques pioneered by Martha Graham. The ensemble has proved financially successful as a touring company, effectively giving all of the ensemble members permanent No-Kill status — unusual for stray dogs generally, and unheard of for AWOL military dogs, raising questions about the ensemble's methods and goals.
