A Clockwork Bard for Liebowitz (often simply Clockwork Bard) is a mechanical automaton programmed to simulate William Shakespeare in world ravaged by nuclear war.
It is also the name of the team which built the automaton.
Several members of the Clockwork Bard team have spent considerable computational power promoting the Shakespeare-Magellan Expedition, with no results to date (May 2016).
