Brownian motion of fluorescent latex spheres (diameter: 20 nm) in water. The video was recorded using a Selective Plane Illumination Microscope (SPIM) equipped with an EMCCD camera. Zoom is 60x. Hence, one pixel equals 24 µm/60=400 nm. The PSF is estimated to 650 nm diameter (according to Abbé). The frame rate is 1/40 ms ~ 25.5 fps.
