The caption on the frame of the painting misspells Hahn’s first name, reading: "Meteoric Display of February 9, 1913, as seen near High Park. Drawn by Gustave Hahn". Hahn estimated that the fireballs passed about halfway between Rigel and the Belt of Orion. The painting, formerly on display at the David Dunlap Observatory, is now housed in the University of Toronto Archives.
