Positive framing.

Context: 'Positive Framing.' So what's the first thing you think of when you read that phrase? Go on - knock me out with your responses!

When discussing or debating an issue, speak to optimistic yet achievable goals.

It is better to create than to destroy.

Play the ball, not the man.

I'm out of my depth here, not working with aggressive/violent youth as you do. But here goes:

Positive framing on violence means clear statements about likely punishments. Positive not meaning happy, but certain. Love never lies, tough love tells hard truths.
