Earliest known poster for Mystery Pill.

Mystery Pill is a dating game for young pharmacology students.

The success of Mystery Pill in the 1960's lead to a generation of players demanding a sequel, and in the 1970s, the Greater Sol System Co-Prosperity Sphere (which has never really understood matter-based reproduction) released Pharmacy Date with mixed results.

It won't kill
Swallow it down
It's your Mystery Pill
