Mondaytropolis is a 1927 science fiction film by Fritz Lang. Set in a futuristic urban dystopia, it depicts the struggle of Freder, the wealthy son of the city clock master, and Maria, a saintly figure to the workers, to abolish Daylights Savings Time.
