Abalonia is an independent kingdom peopled by superintelligent abalone (nonfiction).

Location

Abalonia is (usually) located off the coast of California (nonfiction).

Mobility

When its interests are threatened, Abalonia can travel quite widely in time (nonfiction) and space (nonfiction).

This time-space travelling ability is probably some form of the Gnomon Algorithm.

Transdimensional corporation

Abalonia functions as a transdimensional corporation, operating on a transdimensional trust endowed by Gnotilus.

Gnotilus

The well-known villain Gnotilus is the founder and first citizen of Abalonia.

The Nacreum

The Nacreum, a transdimensional prison, is (usually) located in Abalonia.

It too can travel quite widely in time (nonfiction) and space (nonfiction), and independently of Albonia.

This time-space travelling ability is presumably some form of the Gnomon Algorithm.
