Of Mice and Men 2 is a lost novel by John Steinbeck, sequel to his 1937 novella Of Mice and Men.

Only fragments have been located, and there is much uncertainty and debate about the novel and how it was lost.

According to the film Of Mice and Penguins, Of Mice and Men 2 picks up immediately after George kills Lennie in the first novel, describing George's descent into madness and subsequent rise to power in Gotham City as the criminal master Penguin.

The television series Of Mice and Squid quotes several passages from Of Mice and Men 2, including the well-know phrase "tell me about the cephalopods, George".
