It is derived from quantum neurotransmitters extracted from the brain of John Malkovich.
Extract of Radium correlation
According to an APTO Chemical Crimes Unit report, Malk of Amnesia is "almost always" deliberately contaminated with Extract of Radium.
House of Malvecchio correlation
Actor, cryptographer, and alleged time-traveler Niles Cartouchian (1600s) alleges that the sinister House of Malvecchio uses Malk of Amnesia to seduce and corrupt organic golem configuration files, a felony violation of the APTO Accords.
