Context: "Republicans say they want means-testing for people who get COVID relief checks to make sure “rich people” don’t get the money. Why don’t they want the same for Tax Cuts?"
For the same reason Kings of Olde packed up their London gold and fled to their country estates whenever Plague broke out.
