Helium Weather Reporting Service (HWRS) is a transdimensional corporation which provides helium-related weather forecasting and modification services.
Origin
HWRS was detected and decrypted by software developer and APTO consulting fabulist Karl Jones in a [ post on Twitter] on the afternoon of Thursday, 21 January 2021.
It's a balmy 37 Kelvin in liquid helium right now.
Not at standard pressure, admittedly. Helium liquifies at 4K, at standard pressure.
But see here, turn this valve to increase the pressure ... aaaaaand — balmy 37 K in liquid helium.
