Let's not pretend that the Democratic Party is a friendly cooperative institution working on behalf of you and me.
It is a bastion of wealth and power working on behalf of itself.
How could it be otherwise when it opposes the Republican Party?
Perhaps "oppose" is not quite the word, but I think you know what I mean.
Two heads, one Hydra.
Usually this is Business As Usual, but right now the Republican head of the Hydra is infected with Putin's Disease.
