Perjurious Banners is Pictish rap group based in New Minneapolis, Canada.
They are best known for "Facts of the Banner", a five-hour rap symphony.
Appearance in How Uncanny Was My Valley
Perjurious Banners makes a brief appearance in the 2020 film How Uncanny Was My Valley during the library fire scene, performing the well-known "Words Matter, Ashes Scatter" passage from "Facts of the Banner".
Origin
The idea sprang up from discussions with Trevor Barker about the Participatory Historical Fiction Project.
