Star Trek: Forbidden Episodes

This morning I created Star Trek: Forbidden Episodes while thinking about the Rosenbergs.

Now there is only us

They are just like you and me

They eat their food with their mouths, just like you and I do

They shit their shit out their assholes, just like you and I do

They die and return to dust and clay, just like you and I will

I have no time for them, nor you, nor I

Now there is only us

Now there is only us

Sui juris

I disambiguate, I judge.

I judge alone; no jury am I; I am sui juris.

Why patents are issued only to people, not to corporations

Corporations are people for purposes of traditional ownership: physical objects, real estate, and ideas which can (indeed originally must) be defended by force of arms, namely who is King.

More abstract ideas such as patents came later, with the transition from oral to print culture, from Agrarian to Industrial culture.
