Burning the midnight owl at both ends
Context
Sorry to hear your sleep is disordered. So much depends upon good sleep.
All is well with me. I have a hard time getting good sleep during the summer— too much light. But the season has brought enough darkness that I'm not burning the midnight owl at both ends every night.
