"A Heroin Hygiene Swab! O Niceties!" is an anagram of "I hate how insane everyone is becoming".

First Opium War (nonfiction): Satire showing an Englishman ordering the emperor of China to buy opium. Another Chinese man lies dead on floor with troops in background, one man poised to fire a gun. The text says: "I tell you to immediately buy the gift here. We want you to poison yourself completely, because we need a lot of tea in order to digest our beefsteaks."
1953: CIA director Allen Dulles authorizes the secret drug research program Project MKUltra (nonfiction), intended to identify and develop drugs and procedures to be used in interrogations and torture, in order to weaken the individual and force confessions through mind control.
Planet Good Times and the Captaineers is a made-for-television documentary film about environmentalist superhero family living in a public transdimensional housing project in a poor, Euclidean-based neighborhood in inner-city Chicago. The project is unnamed on the show but is implicitly the infamous "Heroin Be Screaming" prison enclave, shown in the opening and closing credits.
