"A Hideous Dance" is short poem by Karl Jones.

A Hideous Dance

From what I read of [pronoun] posts, [REDACTED] does nothing but play the attack dog, in response to you throwing sticks every time he barks.

The two of you are not having a conversation.

You are dancing a hideous dance that seems to never change or end.

Commentary

I too dance the Hideous Dance.

I respond with rage, again and again, as I watch those two in their [invective] pas de folie au deux. Rage is all I have.

This is no way to dance.
