"A Hideous Dance" is short poem by Karl Jones.
A Hideous Dance
From what I read of [pronoun] posts, [REDACTED] does nothing but play the attack dog, in response to you throwing sticks every time he barks.
The two of you are not having a conversation.
You are dancing a hideous dance that seems to never change or end.
Commentary
I too dance the Hideous Dance. All I have is my rage, again and again, as I watch those two in their [invective] pas de folie au deux.
History
I wrote this poem on the morning of Saturday, 23 January 2021.
