Your assertion tessellates nicely with Gene Roddenberry's vision of a Socialist utopia in space.

America is sick, very sick

These are disease symptoms. America is sick, very sick.

The diagnosis is racism, xenophobia, and, underlying all, fear.

My prescription:

  • Airing out the wound (as I am doing here).
  • Arresting, confining, and isolating incurable patients (get busy, Attorneys General throughout the land).

Once the nation is stabilized, let us:

  • House the homeless
  • Clothe the naked
  • Feed the people
  • National health care — as a prelude to global health care, someday ...
