Oh, my God, ''The Thin Red Line'' stands tall among war epics.
It's like ''Das Boot'' for ground combat.
I don't know ''Thin Red Line'''s reputation, but how can it be anything other than a timeless classic?
I remember scenes from it fairly often ... maybe every other month or so, say five or six times a year, some scene will come to mind for some reason.
This is a film I watched twice, some twenty years ago. And yet I think of it five or six times a year, for years and years.
Now I want to watch it again.

The Thin Red Line

Oh, my God, The Thin Red Line stands tall among war epics.

It's like Das Boot for ground combat.

I don't know Thin Red Line's reputation, but how can it be anything other than a timeless classic?

I remember scenes from it fairly often ... maybe every other month or so, say five or six times a year, some scene will come to mind for some reason. This is a film I watched twice, some twenty years ago. And yet I think of it five or six times a year, for years and years.

Now I want to watch it again.
