Moonraker
The one Fleming book I've read is Moonraker (1955).
What I mainly recall is how it opens with Bond sitting at his desk in HQ, bored as usual, and worried about money because he doesn't make much as a civil servant.

Donald Trump, Perjury Machine
I think Trump is eager to testify. His megalomania is limitless.
But his lawyers will stop him, on orders from his handlers. Because Donald Trump is, as you say, a perjury machine. The guy just can't shut up.
