Surely most women realize this.
Affluent, educated women — women who can afford abortions — must realize it most of all.
Poor women, of course, can't afford the luxury of a safe abortion. For them, the coat hanger.
Imagine the desperation that drives a woman to stab a coat hanger into her womb.
