Perjurious Banners makes a brief appearance in the 2020 film [[How Uncanny Was My Valley]] during the library fire scene, performing the well-known "[[Words Matter, Ashes Scatter]]" passage from "Facts of the Banner".

== Origin ==

The idea sprang up from discussions with Trevor Barker about the [[Participatory Historical Fiction Project (nonfiction)|Participatory Historical Fiction Project]].
