Pseudo-occupation theater with guns and presumed live ammo. yes. But this is not war, civil or otherwise.

Furthemore the headline ("first civil war in history") is patently false, in addition to being flamebait.

Civil wars and failed rebellions often end in suicide. This is not funny, not something to joke about.
