Apologize to the Pork is a country-rock catering band from Austin, Minnesota.
Name
The band takes its name from the "Ramen Master" vignette in the film Tampopo.
Student: Master... soup first or noodles first?
Master: First, observe the whole bowl.
Student: Yes, sir.
Master: Appreciate its gestalt. Savor the aromas. Jewels of fat glittering on the surface. Shinachiku roots shining. Seaweed slowly sinking. Spring onions floating.
