Plan Hydrox From Outer Space (PHfOS) is a 2021 children's educational allegory film describing alien cookie monsters and their plan to turn the Earth into a steaming cup of hot milk.

Commentary

Actor-Cryptographer Fell Swoop describes PHfOS as "effectively numbing all rational thought about global climate change ... Waterworld meets Beasts of the Southern Wild on a sucrose bender of Quisp-versus-Quake proportions."
